Calou Guest House - La Digue

The room layout was well-designed with a comfortable bed, a decent size, and included a bathroom, all decorated with lovely flowers.

Appreciated having sumptuous breakfast.

Everything was nice, best possible location really close to everything, the staff were affable. Meals were good, and there was Holsteins near the hotel;)))

The staff was amazingly nice and exceptionally kind and we were pleased with exceptional service. Location: the hotel was close to a beautiful garden and fantastic rooms, the main streets / activities in La Digue, and the whole island.

good hotel. the rooms are cleaned every two days. quiet. location is easy to find. there are rental bicycles. good breakfast; fruit, egg, jam with bread, tea or coffee. there is a clean small area and a pool

Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Loved that climate control, a mini bar fridge and a seating area were included.

The double room had helpful amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and a sitting area, making our stay comfortable.

The hotel had a 24-hour reception, so I could bother the staff anytime I wanted. They even had luggage storage, in case I needed extra space to store all my designer bags. Wi-Fi was available, but who needs that when you can enjoy the beautiful view of the garden from the outdoor pool?

My room was so ordinary that I almost forgot I was staying at a posh hotel. But who needs a fancy room when you have all the wonderful beaches just a short distance away?

A Enjoyable Stay

We had a blast here! the place is fancy, the staff is super friendly, and they serve up a delicious breakfast. It's about 3 miles from the airport on Fregate Island. the room was spacious, and the bed was so cozy! 😊

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is pretty good, just a few minutes from the jetty by bike. The atmosphere here is so nice and friendly, and I felt very welcomed. The service from Nadine was wonderful, as she helped me book many trips and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was super good, with fresh fruits from the garden. I really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend it to others.

This hotel is great value for money with its reasonable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, with fresh flowers in vases adding to the nicely designed rooms. The location is also convenient, only a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. The service by the staff is very good and the breakfast includes fresh fruits from the garden with a tasty juice of the day.
